- There is no minimum order on our site. Upon successful order processing, you will receive a confirmation email. Do check your junk/spam folders, so that you don’t miss out on any important emails concerning your order.
- Online exclusive items or promotions might not be available unless stated. However, dependable on running campaigns and valid promotions may change at the originator’s discretion. Products received may not be 100% accurate to the photos on the website. Hence, photographic and device resolution is shown on the site may not reflect the product’s true colour. The products may also be shipped with different components rather than those stated or pictured.
- If the item ordered is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. Products that are no longer available will be removed from the website. AIPL may initiate the cancellation while the order is still under Pending/Processing/To Pack, for reasons such as: out of stock, incorrect pricing, or sourcing delay before shipping schedule. Should there be any case of discrepancy, the refund will be subject to bank charges of between 3 to 5%.
- AIPL shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage to goods occurring while in the custody or control of 3rd party delivery vendors. AIPL shall not be liable for in-transit damage whether it is concealed or not visible at the time of loading or unloading or damaged while the goods are not in its sole custody or control.

Self-Collection / Delivery Policy
- Self-Collection would require customers to make an appointment before visiting us.
- Free delivery with orders above SGD 350.00 and above or a minimum local delivery charge will have adhered to.
- Currently, we deliver within Singapore only, international shipment with shipping charges to be advised, due to restrictions, limitations, and products territory control.
- We reserve the right not to deliver to areas that are remote or require a security clearance, safety briefing or donning of safety gear.

*On a case-by-case basis, we may accept delivery to such locations at an additional surcharge. You will still be able to enter your preferred delivery address upon checkout and successfully place your order. Upon receipt of your order, our customer service team will be in touch with a quote on the delivery surcharge. All surcharges are to be paid by the customer in cash upon receipt of your package.
Product Warranty / Refund Policy
- Products are covered under Manufacturers’ warranty depending on represented Brands and Models stated accordingly, the final decision will be guaranteed by the Originator’s discretion with fair trading practices.
- Under these conditions is/are the product(s) non-returnable or refundable: Due to hygiene reasons: Bluetooth earphones, headphones, headsets cannot be returned unless they are in the original product box, unopened, and not damaged (in mint condition) within 7 days from the scheduled delivery date.

It is completely safe to use your credit card on our site. All data are transmitted via encryption. For payments with credit and debit cards, you are required to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed on the back of your care that serves as a security measure during electronic commerce transactions.
To use a voucher code, simply follow the following steps:
- Go to Checkout by clicking on ‘View Cart’
- Select a delivery timing and click on ‘Checkout’
- Fill in all required information
- In the Discount section, key in your voucher code and click on ‘Apply’
- Only one voucher code can be used per order. If you have more than one voucher, you may use them for your next purchase!
*Voucher codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. No replacement vouchers will be issued for refund items that have been paid for with vouchers. If you are unable to use a voucher code, please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org
